How to Order Your Custom Engraving

Getting started is simple! Whether you have a specific design in mind or need assistance creating one, we’re here to help.

1. Contact Us – Reach out via phone, email, or visit us in person to discuss your engraving needs.

2. Choose Your Item – Bring your own item or select from our range of engravable products.

3. Design Approval – Provide your artwork or let us help you design the perfect engraving.  We generally do not charge for basic designs.  More complex designs or image conversions will be outsourced to a competent Graphic Designer with experience in preparing artwork for laser engraving.

4. Engraving Process – We use precision laser technology to engrave your chosen design.  We have a CO2 Laser, as well as a MOPA FIber Laser, which allow us to engrave on a wide variety of materials like different metal objects, wood, leather, acrylic, slate, etc.

5. Pick Up or Delivery – Once your item is ready, you can collect it or have it delivered to you.  We generally make use of PUDO, The Courier Guy or RAM Hand-to-hand couriers.
